Our
Story
William has over 40 years of experience in building design and managing various aspects of a wide array of projects. He spent nearly a decade at the Corporate Head Office of IPSCO Inc. in Regina in charge of project administration and cost control for their capital projects across North America. This included the construction and commissioning of a $400,000,000 Greenfield Mini-Mill project in Montpelier, Iowa. While at IPSCO he also acted as the Y2K Coordinator for all Canadian and US-based operations.

William has completed numerous successful projects including a major expansion to the SaskPower Grid Control Centre, The London Life Regional Office Relocation in Royal Bank Tower, The Renovations to The Great-West Life Resource Centre also in the Royal Bank Tower, The Carling Mall Exterior Façade Renovations and numerous other commercial & residential projects.

Over the span of his career, William has actively studied and researched urban development and design. Recently he was accredited by the Congress for the New Urbanism on the nomination of the University of Miami School of Architecture. He is also a self-confessed zoning nerd, studying zoning bylaws and theory from around the globe.
